New scope of practice bill, House Bill 929, introduced in Montana

On March 31, Rep. Greg Oblander, DC, the Montana lawmaker who introduced the twice-defeated House Bill 500 that would have expanded scope of practice for DCs in the state, introduced House Bill 929. MT House Bill 929 , already in committee, also proposes expanding DCs’ state-licensed scope of practice, including giving DCs the option of applying for a prescriptive license endorsement that would allow them to prescribe and administer certain medications.
